DataDelta "Single Customer View "Accuracy Survey

(hosted by The CDI Institute)

This survey is the first of its kind, and faces unique challenges in the industry. Unlike traditional data quality metrics, there is no single, simple metric for quantifying the *accuracy* of a “single customer view” from Data Quality and Customer Data Integration (CDI) systems.

To address this issue, this survey is being conducted in two tiers:

(1) Below Summary Survey. Survey respondents by Sept 15, 2005 will receive free copies of the Summary Report and the forthcoming book “The Art & Science of Customer Data Integration” co-authored by Ed Allburn and Bill Inmon..

(2) An optional Detailed Survey. Based on scientific metrics from the new-to-market DataDelta analysis tool, this optional Detailed Survey is based on scientific metrics from DataDelta’s "1-Day Single Customer View Accuracy Analysis" service. All survey participants receive a 50% discount (a savings of $3,000) on this service. For more information, contact DataDelta at survey@DataDelta.com.

Your responses are confidential, and only aggregate totals will be reported. Approximate estimates are accepted, and unknowns may be left blank. You are also encouraged to have colleagues in other departments respond separately with their own opinions. Initial results will be presented at the 17th Annual Information Quality Conference held Sept 19-23, 2005 in Houston, Texas.
